For women whose bodies are shaped the way popular culture tells us they are supposed to be shaped, it's probably easy to suggest that we should all be comfortable and happy with our bodies the way they are. Surely, there are examples of those who are not so shaped, and yet seem happy with their figure. At the same time, if someone puts on a few extra pounds, it's expected that they should do something about that by exercising and bringing themselves back "in shape" because being "out of" shape is undesirable. We do tend to judge one another on our appearances. What about the woman whose breast size is "too small," and so is treated as being less desirable than the woman with a fuller bust line?
